WellAge Senior Living, Lakewood, Colo., announces that Dana Andreski has been named vice president of operations and development. In this role, she will oversee operations and development for WellAge communities located in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Nevada.
Andreski joined WellAge in 2018 and previously held the position of regional director of operations. Having over 25 years of senior living experience, she has served in multiple roles throughout her tenure. She is active in the Colorado Department of Health and Environment Assisted Living Advisory Committee, helping improve policy, regulations, and care in senior living.
In her role, Andreski is responsible for all financial and administrative operations, executing quality business initiatives, program development, and strategic planning related to internal and external growth.
“Dana has proven to be a huge asset to the WellAge team,” said WellAge Senior Living President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jay Moskowitz. “Dana will play a key role in supporting the organization to grow and serve senior living operators with our mix of management and consulting services for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.”

Kolnok has been with RUI since 2017, offering support for communication and advertising initiatives for RUI and all its communities. Milestone Retirement Communities, Vancouver, Wash., a senior living management company, has promoted two key members of the company’s executive team, Caryl Ridgeway and Rosalyn Watson.
Ridgeway has been promoted to chief operating officer and owner. In this role, she will work with the leadership team to strategize a path for business growth through the development of high-performance teams, occupancy growth, and revenue streams. She works closely to partner with ownership groups on new development and is involved in the recruitment and training of Milestone’s new building leadership.
In 2006, Ridgeway was instrumental in her home state of Oklahoma in getting the aging in place regulation, Title 63, passed to promote and foster seniors living in their assisted living home until the end of life. She saw a similar need during COVID-19 and wrote a policy called the Compassionate Care Visit Program that allows families and residents to come and safely see, speak, and hug their loved one, while both wear full protective personal equipment. This program has been instrumental in reconnecting Milestone residents to their families.
Watson has been promoted to chief clinical officer. In this role, she will work with regional and community teams to provide clinical and compliance support. She ensures the Milestone Retirement Communities standards meet the well-being needs of its residents. She joined Milestone in 2016 with an extensive background and experience in long term care. She was most recently the executive vice president of clinical and compliance for Milestone.
Prior to joining Milestone, Watson served as chief wellness officer and owner, vice president of clinical resource, and national director of resident care. She was awarded an Assisted Living Federation of America “The Best of The Best” award in 2010 for her resident retention program.
