A complimentary one-year subscription of the print edition of Provider Magazine will be sent to applicants who qualify in the U.S. only. Qualified recipients are administrators, owners, directors of nursing, chief purchasing officers, food service managers, chief dietitians, consulting pharmacists, executive housekeepers, general administrative personnel, financial officers, professional and service department personnel.
